Travis County Star Flight opère une flotte de 3 AW169 à Austin au Texas. Les appareils ont été commandés en octobre 2017 et livrés en juin 2019.
Travis County Star Flight effectue des missions de transport sanitaire (Air Ambulance), de secours aérien (Technical Rescue),de support aux opérations de police (Law Enforcement Support Missions) et de lutte anti-incendies (Firefighting). Pour ces dernières elle dipose d'un Bell UH1H acquis en 2013 et spécialement équipé pour la lutte contre le feu.
Les 3 AW169 ont remplacés 3 EC145 (2 acquis en 2006, 1 acquis en juin 2010). Les EC145 avaient remplacés 2 EC135 en service depuis 1999. L'activité de Star Flight avait commencé en 1985 avec un Bell 206B, remplacés en 1990 par un Bell 412.
